The Village of Bourbonnais has contracted with Republic Services to collect household garbage, recyclable materials and yard waste from all single-family residences within the Village.
All household garbage is to be placed out for pick-up each week by 6:30 a.m. on your regular pick-up day or set out the night before. Household trash should be placed inside the toter(s) provided by Republic Services. If you are ever in need of a large dumpster or you feel you need a smaller toter, please contact Republic Service's Customer Service Department at 815-472-3332.
The Village of Bourbonnais is proud to be a recycling community. 96-gallon toters marked for recycling only are available for each home via Republic Services. The toters are on wheels and have lids, which further keep the Village clean by reducing animal, insect and litter problems. Recycling services are provided to residents every other week.
