Join the Village of Bourbonnais and local yoga studio, Limber Mind & Body Wellness, for FREE Yoga on the Green at The Grove - 700 Main St. NW!
Taught by Jeanna Fodor, this outdoor yoga class is designed and lead from the comfort and support of a chair. Through breath and movement, the various poses promote body awareness, peace, strength, flexibility, and balance. It is a perfect class for individuals who want to engage in a yoga practice but do not feel comfortable get up and down off of a mat. The chair provides confidence and physical support while flowing through movement and also holding stillness.
What to bring?
*All levels welcome (Must be able to get up and down easily. Avoid trying something new if you have an injury. Please talk to your doctor if you have had a change in health.)
*Complete required online waiver prior to arriving

*Ages 15 and up. Parent must complete waiver for those under 18 and accompany children under 16.
*Please bring mat, towel and water
*Arrive 10-15 minutes early so that class begins on time mindful of others.
