Yoga in the Park Featuring Olive Branch Yoga

Join the Village of Bourbonnais and Olive Branch Yoga as we host our very first outdoor yoga this summer! The free community event is sponsored by Aqua Illinois, Belson Steel Center Scrap, ComEd and Stacked Nutrition!

A sweet fusion flow with a slower gear to take in your outdoor surroundings and sounds. Anna Krause will guide you to pay attention more to your breath as you experience a slow beginning, a little flow and times of balance. A grounding experience - literally!- from head to toes.

Take a deep breath out in the great wide open and start your Saturday morning with outdoor yoga!
