New role added to Boudreau's many titles

Bourbonnais, IL - Monday, July 24, 2023, Bourbonnais Police Chief, Jim Phelps, promoted Patrolman Jonathan Boudreau, at the bi-monthly Village of Bourbonnais Board Meeting. Boudreau took the oath of office in a room full of supporters while being sworn into the rank of sergeant.  

Sgt Boudreau began his policing career with the Bourbonnais Police Department in 2013 and has served in many roles including Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Detective, Crime Scene Technician and Forfeiture Program Administrator.

From Chief Phelps, "Jonathan is well rounded, and I anticipate he will accomplish a lot for the police department and our community through his leadership and work ethic."
