Invitation for Bids
Sealed bids for the improvements described below will be received at the office of the Village of Bourbonnais, Village Administration Office (600 Main Street NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). Bidders can obtain electronic copies of Plans, Bid Specifications and Proposal Forms on this page.

Sealed bids will be received until the hour of 10:00 a.m. CST, on June 21, 2024. At this time, all proposals shall be sealed in an envelope addressed to the Village of Bourbonnais, Village Administration Office (600 Main Street NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). The name and address of the bidder and the name of the project shall also appear on the outside of the envelope. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 10:10 a.m. on June 21, 2024, in the Village of Bourbonnais Administration Office, 600 Main Street NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914. Any bids received after this time will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder.
Proposed Improvements: This work shall include selective demolition of existing concrete walk and ceiling materials, new concrete foundations, aluminum frame entry, gypsum board ceiling, automatic door opener and controls, etc. Mechanical and electrical shall also be included for the vestibule at the Village of Bourbonnais Administration Office, 600 Main Street NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914.
Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. It is crucial that the contractor is required to pay not less than the prevailing wage rates on this project as established by the State of Illinois Department of Labor. The contractor shall also comply with all applicable Federal and Local regulations, a key aspect of this project.
